Will my service agreement be modified now that Caliper is part of PerkinElmer?

Will Caliper product names change?

Will the Certificates of Analysis/Origin and product labels change?
Not today. We are formulating a plan and timeline to begin using the PerkinElmer name on Certificates of Analysis/Origin for newly manufactured or packaged products. Notification will be forthcoming as the change control schedule is finalized.

Will the tax ID number change?
Initially there will be no change in the tax ID number. Going forward, as planning for the combined organization progresses and decisions are made regarding the organization, ID numbers may change. Tax ID number will be identified on your order confirmation.
